I see you have many trucks dedicated to various causes. I applaud you and your company. If you contact me about future trucks I would be honored to make a post. This site is all about showing America still Cares. Thank you.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01576984124919347135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8443734763400413338.post-91303762351779425112010-06-21T14:10:31.286-07:002010-06-21T14:10:31.286-07:00On behalf of Ferrellgas, I want to thank you for p...On behalf of Ferrellgas, I want to thank you for posting this.
We are deeply humbled to play a small part in honoring Sgt. Jackson and we hope that our donation will provide some comfort to those who have given so much to us.
This is not the only vehicle we are dedicating to a fallen hero. We recently rolled out a truck in San Diego in memory of Air Force Staff Sergeant Timothy Bowles, who gave his life in Afghanistan. You can see that truck here -- http://www.ferrellgas.com/Our-Company/Military-Families-truck. And early next month we will christen another that will serve the community around Fort Benning, Georgia. This one will be dedicated to Army Specialist Benjamin Ashley and will benefit Children of Fallen Patriots (http://fallenpatriots.org/)
We have more than 500 veterans in the Ferrellgas family, including our Chairman James Ferrell; they make us the company we are today. Sadly, we also have three Gold Star families here as well. We share the sorrow of their loss and there are no words to express our gratitude for their sacrifice.Jim Saladinhttp://www.ferrellgas.comnoreply@blogger.com
